Is there a free plan?
No. itemzz is a paid household product. You create an account and subscribe. If it is not a fit, email refund@itemzz.io within 14 days of your first payment (see Terms).
What does the money-back guarantee cover?
Your first subscription payment only. Send an email to refund@itemzz.io from your account email within 14 days — refunds are not self-service in Stripe. We refund eligible requests via your original payment method. This is in addition to statutory EU withdrawal rights where applicable.
Are the five operating modes extra?
No. Enrich through crisis modes are part of the same subscription — one board, one price.
Do children and pets count as members?
No. They are profiles with their own records and do not use an adult seat. Unlimited child and pet profiles are included.
Can I use itemzz outside Germany?
Yes — for consumers in the EU/EEA. The core board works everywhere; NINA · MoWaS warnings and some tax-oriented exports are deepest in Germany first.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in account settings or the Stripe portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
